Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd. ("EGE") was founded in September of 1999 as a specialty investment banking and brokerage firm focused on working with early and middle stage technology companies in high-growth industries.  As a full-service investment banking and brokerage firm, EGE provides a range of financial services including public and private equity offerings, institutional research, sales and trading, and strategic and financial advisory .

EGE has built a highly focused, institutionally based, investment banking firm that raises capital for companies with superior management who are well positioned to capitalize on growing markets. Since inception, EGE has raised approximately $1.0 billion for its corporate clients with transactions ranging in size from $500,000 to over $150,000,000. The vast majority of these transactions have been equity financings for public companies in high growth business sectors. EGE has focused its research and capital markets efforts on industry sectors which it believes have the opportunity to outperform the overall economy, including but not limited to health care services, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, medical device, software products and services, medical diagnostic products, and general technology companies. Our research, investment banking, and trading departments attempt to identify undervalued investment opportunities and support each other to successfully bring the right investors and companies together.
