Mr. Berlacher is a founder of Emerging Growth
Equities, Ltd. He oversees the activities of the firm, focusing on the
Capital Markets area. Mr. Berlacher has been an investment banker for
over 16 years, successfully raising over a billion dollars of capital
for micro to mid capitalization technology based companies.
Prior to EGE, Mr. Berlacher was the Managing Director of
Capital Markets at Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. where he was successful at
establishing a Capital Markets group including, investment banking, syndicate,
M&A and financial advisory services.
Prior to that, Mr. Berlacher was Senior Vice President and
Manager of Corporate Finance at Pennsylvania Merchant Group Ltd., a Pennsylvania-based
investment banking firm, where he was responsible for directing the daily
operations of the Corporate Finance group.
Mr. Berlacher holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration
in Investments from the University of Toledo. He is also a founder of LIP
Advisors, LLC, the general partner of Lancaster Investment Partners, L.P.,
a money management firm.

Mrs. Meyer has over thirteen years experience in investment
banking, specializing in financing emerging growth companies in the technology
and healthcare area.
Prior to joining EGE, Mrs. Meyer worked in the corporate
finance departments of Pennsylvania Merchant Group Ltd., Prudential-Bache
Capital Markets and Financial Security Assurance. Mrs. Meyer's extensive experience
includes public and private equity offerings, debt financings, structured
asset backed transactions, and financial advisory services including fairness
opinions. Mrs. Meyer received a B.S. in Economics from Emory University and
completed graduate level course work in International Economics and Finance
at the London School of Economics.

Jay Seid
Director of Corporate Development
Jay is responsible for due diligence, structuring, documenting, closing financings, acquisitions, portfolio company strategic agreements, dispositions and supervising outside counsel. From December 1992 to June 2004, Jay was a Managing Director of Bachow & Associates, Inc., a private equity firm with over $450 million under management. Previously, he was President and General Counsel of Judicate, Inc., a publicly traded nationwide provider of alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) services. Prior to Judicate, he was an attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen in Philadelphia, devoting a significant portion of his time to start-up and high-growth companies. Jay graduated with a BA, Summa Cum Laude, in Economics and Art History from Rutgers University and he received a JD, with honors, from New York University School of Law.
