Gregory J. Berlacher

President, CEO, CCO, Director of Capital Markets

Mr. Berlacher is a founder of EGE and oversees all activities of the firm, focusing a majority of his time on the Capital Markets area. Mr. Berlacher has been an investment banker of over 25 years, successfully raising over a billion dollars of capital for micro to mid capitalization technology based companies. Prior to founding EGE, Mr. Berlacher was the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. where he established a Capital Markets group including, investment banking, syndicate, M&A and financial advisory services. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Corporate Finance at Pennsylvania Merchant Group Ltd. and at Advest International. Mr. Berlacher has been a Board member of numerous private companies and is currently on the Board of BeyondTrust.com, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investments from the University of Toledo.
