Jay D. Seid

Director of Corporate Development

Jay is responsible for due diligence, structuring, documenting, closing financings, acquisitions, portfolio company strategic agreements, dispositions and supervising outside counsel. From December 1992 to June 2004, Jay was a Managing Director of Bachow & Associates, Inc., a private equity firm with over $450 million under management. Previously, he was President and General Counsel of Judicate, Inc., a publicly traded nationwide provider of alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) services. Prior to Judicate, he was an attorney specializing in mergers, devoting a significant portion of his time to start-up and high-growth companies. Jay graduated with a BA, Summa Cum Laude, in Economics and Art History from Rutgers University and he received a JD, with honors, from New York University School of Law
